If there’s ever a time to buy organic it’s when purchasing these Dirty Dozen at the store. If you’re shopping at your local farmers markets – ask the farmer what they use to keep bugs at bay!

- Grapefruit
*Corn, papayas & summer squash sold in the United States are genetically modified (GMO). These, while “clean” because of their pesticide level, should be purchased as organic to avoid genetically altered foods.
