My name is Crystal Chester. I am a Functional Dietitian & Licensed Nutritionist. I am an expert in digestive health & wellness. I believe conventional healthcare has done society a disservice by covering up people’s signs & symptoms with medications, which only compound the problem, & don’t fix the issue. Too many people struggle with unnecessary ailments such as food allergies, sensitivities, fatigue, digestive issues, joint pain, migraines, and so on.
I believe being healthy is NOT supposed to be that hard! I strive to help people find & reverse the root cause of their ailments so they can start living the life they’ve always wanted in the body they were meant to have!
If you struggle with any of the following, and would like relief, contact me!
- Chronic pain
- Food allergies & sensitivities
- Thyroid issues (hypo- or hyperthyroid, Hashimoto’s and/or Graves disease)
- Adrenal troubles
- Digestive issues
- Joint pain
- Brain fog
- Diabetes (or Pre-diabetes)
- Weight-gain or Weight-loss
- Leaky Gut
More about me:
I am board certified by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Outside of my private functional practice & also practice clinically at Stonecrest Medical Center in Smyrna, TN. There I am in charge of enteral nutrition (tube feeding) as well as total parenteral (TPN), partial parenteral nutrition (PPN) & nutrition educations. I love all areas of nutrition but my passion is helping people reverse the effects of a bad diet & help avoid or relieve chronic disease. In the summer of 2015, I ventured into the world of entrepreneurism – launched CrystalChester.com & am loving every stage of it!
I grew up in Midland, Texas and now reside with my husband, 3 children (and a grandma!) in Spring Hill, TN.
I love to learn about our Lord, Jesus Christ, have date-days with my hubby, Stephen, play with our children, hike to waterfalls & run 5K’s with my family (Warrior Dash is my absolute favorite!).
I strive everyday to provide my family, audience and clients with the simplest ways to live a healthier, more full, and active life. Healthy isn’t supposed to be tough! And I refuse for it to be. 🙂
