These gluten-free pizzas are fun for the whole family as you make them in ramekins! Dive into deep dish pizza goodness guilt-free! Choosing the toppings, chop it all up, and construct them together. Everyone’s can be different and you can change up the toppings every time!

Ingredients:
- 1c cooked quinoa
- 2 c marinara sauce (low/no sugar added)
- Crumbled goat cheese (preferably raw or other raw cheese)
- Basil, dried
Choose at least 3 toppings:
- Bell peppers, any & all colors
- Onion
- Pepperoni, nitrate & nitrite free
- Sausage, nitrate & nitrite free
- Bacon, nitrate & nitrite free
- Pineapple
- Olives
- Mushrooms
- Spinach, chopped
- Baby basil leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to or 425°
- In medium-size ramekins, 1st add 1 TBS quinoa & 1 TBS cheese, then flatten it out to cover the bottom. This will give it a crust-like texture.
- Add cheese, add all ingredients that you like: green bell peppers, red bell peppers, sausage, mushrooms, touch of garlic, spinach onions, baby basil leaves, etc.
- On top, add another layer of quinoa (fill the ramekin but not running over),
- Add another layer of sauce, sprinkle more cheese on top, add a pinch of parsley & basil if desired
- Put pizzas on a glass baking pan & Cook for 15 minutes.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy immediately!
