The Best Crockpot BBQ Ribs Recipe

The best workouts are the ones you can do anywhere with only body weight required. Give yourself 20 mins & you can burn up to 80% more fat with HIIT than with your traditional cardio workout. And on Thanksgiving, that’s just what we need.

This is based on a scale of 1-5 intensity level.

  • 1 – the lowest intensity, like you’re strolling down the grocery isles
  • 3 – moderate intensity, heart rate elevated but able to say complete sentences.
  • 5- highest intensity, you cannot say a complete sentence (over anaerobic threshold) and you’re pushing yourself as hard as you can safely.

Warm-up

3-4 mins – jump rope in place – level 3

Get Serious

  • 1 min – burpees – level 5
  • 30 secs – jog in place – level 3
  • 1 min – mountain climbers – level 5
  • 30 secs – jog in place -level 3
  • 1 min – push ups – as fast as you can – level 5
  • 30 secs – jog in place – level 3
  • 1 min – plie squats – level 5
  • 30 secs – jog in place – level 3
  • 1 min – jumping jacks¬†– level 5
  • 30 sec –¬†jog in place – level 3

REPEAT 2 TIMES

Cool down, walk around, hydrate, do some easy stretching (don’t skip this) and you’re FINISHED!
