All you need:

  • A whole ripe avocado
  • 2 tsp tamari sauce
  • 1-2 tsp sesame seeds

What you have to do:

  1. Peel and put avocado in a bowl or small plate. 
  2. Drizzle with tamari sauce
  3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
  4. Optional: a few squirts of fresh squeezed lemon juice

Viola! A quick and filling snack (and perfect for also killing a Chinese food craving).
