All you need:
- A whole ripe avocado
- 2 tsp tamari sauce
- 1-2 tsp sesame seeds
What you have to do:
- Peel and put avocado in a bowl or small plate.
- Drizzle with tamari sauce
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds
- Optional: a few squirts of fresh squeezed lemon juice
Viola! A quick and filling snack (and perfect for also killing a Chinese food craving).
